The Leong San Tong KhooKongsi (KhooKongsi for short) which means Dragon Mountain Hall is a clan house that stands proud as a symbol of tradition, culture and values. A clan house is a building where Chinese families of the same surname gather to worship their ancestors, and thus also stands as a symbol of family and solidarity. Built by Khooclanmen more than 100 years ago, it is known worldwide for its extensive lineage that traces back to 650 years ago. The interior of the clanhouse displays elaborate murals and carvings that tells the story of the people who lived there. Gold name plaques adorn the walls in honour of those who have done the clan proud.
