‘My Journey By Bus’ exhibition tells a story about writer FuFu’s journey across four states of Northern Malaysia. After spending 10 years studying, working and travelling abroad, FuFu came back to explore his homeland by bus, a form of transportation that is affordable and accessible to the public. He spent 2 months discovering fascinating places and routes in Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak and came to realise that the existing bus system is not as bad as the local perceives it to be. This led him to document his journey with the aim of changing the negative perception and to encourage consumption of the public transportation.
