All are welcome to join as we watch The Hills and The Sea, a film screening and discussion with the director.

For over a year, the number of hill destruction and development footage he collected is alarming; it foreshadows severe natural disaster like flooding and landslide as more vegetation and land are cleared for urban use. Our global climates are changing and human activities are contributing to the rate of change. Don’t you think it’s time for Penang to change the way we developed too?
